Lee is our Managing Director and founder of Stately Recruitment Group. He has been in Recruitment for 14 years and is a specialist in the Engineering/Manufacturing and Defence industries. As an Engineer himself, Lee knows the recruitment market inside out. Lee is a very driven person with a keen eye for detail, who aims to deliver steadfast results. He is passionate about developing our team members and adopting a team atmosphere at Stately which in turn creates drive and enthusiasm amongst employees. Lee considers his main strength to be his personality which he incorporates into his sales and account strategies which gives him individuality within his profession and most importantly, gives our clients and candidates a more efficient personal approach.
Lee believes that "knowledge is power" which means the quality of conversation with clients and candidates is of a very high standard, he takes inspiration from seasoned professionals and is constantly a student who is always looking for new and innovated ideas to improve his own skills for the greater good.
Our “Fun Fact” about Lee: he is an Under 12’s Football coach and a Governor for a local High School!

Jo is our Engineering and Commercial Manager has been working within the recruitment industry for over 12 years. Based in East Lancashire, she diversifies her skills across the Engineering, Commercial and Finance Sectors and clients describe Jo as their ideal Recruitment Partner and someone who conducts herself with honesty and integrity. Jo is Stately’s first recruitment employee! She specialises in Permanent and Temporary staffing solutions and will always find a solution to the need of a client. Originally from Wigan but relocating to Padiham 8 years ago after meeting her husband to be, Jo now considers East Lancashire as her home turf and is proud of the long-lasting relationships she has built with companies in the area.
Motley Crue are Jo’s favourite band and our “Fun Fact” about Jo: she used to be a Fairy Godmother at Disney World in Florida!
Caitlin Smith

Caitlin was Stately’s first employee and as an Apprentice Business Support Administrator, her career started back in 2021 straight after leaving school. Caitlin’s main role within the business is managing our weekly temporary staff payroll, handling all client and candidates queries in relation to the payroll process as well as processing compliance for the business. Caitlin is based in our Head Office in Stockport and works closely with our Managing Director.
Caitlin loves walking her dog Lola and spending time with family and friends! Our “Fun Fact” about Caitlin: her favourite tv show is Friends!!
